About the House

Welcome to Clementine House — a warm, lovingly maintained 3-bedroom holiday home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

This place is very special to us. It was our first home when we moved in together in Skegness, and we’ve filled it with everything we wished we’d had as guests ourselves. From the espresso machine to the 50” Smart TV, every detail has been thought through.

Situated on a peaceful modern estate, the beach and town centre are a 25-minute walk away — or a short drive if you’d rather save your legs for the sand. Aldi and M&S Food are just around the corner, and Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Fantasy Island and Butlins are all within easy reach. There’s up to 3 parking spaces on the driveway and a private garden to the rear.

Well-behaved pets are very welcome.
